New shortcuts for editor

Hi,

I'm missing some functionality with related shortcuts in the editor of Oxygen XML 4.2 which makes editing a lot faster and easier for me:
- Delete whole line including line break (suggested shortcut: Ctrl+L)
- Cut whole line to clipboard including line break (suggested shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+L)
- Duplicate whole line below current line and move cursor to same column in duplicated line (suggested shortcut: Ctrl+D)
- Join current line with line below, remove white space from end of current line and from beginning of line below leaving just one blank (suggested shortcut: Ctrl+J)

Perhaps you could also make the shortcuts customisable via the preferences?

These functions should also be added to the Edit menu including the shortcuts.

Do you think it is possible to add this to the next version of Oxygen?
