oxygen-webhelp folder changes for v26

I have upgraded from v21 to v26 and am having trouble with webhelp customization, particularly the search. I have noticed that the oxygen-webhelp output folders are now different, particularly the /search /lib folders. It seems that a lot of the .css and .js files are now moved or changed, and the /lib folder doesn't get generated.

I am no longer using the template files for customization (as recommended), but can you tell me why my generated output is still trying to reference a jquery file that no longer exists?
