How to View SVG Files As Markup?.

Post by iosman001 » Fri May 08, 2020 10:20 am

I'm using xslt to gen SVG and would like to be able to view the generated, xml-compliant svg files in OG.

How do I add an extension to the list of extensions (xml, xsl, xsd) denoting xml-compliant files that OG reconizes ?

Simply opening the SVG file (.svg extension) in Oxygen should show it in Text mode (as markup). If it doesn't do this by default, you can switch to Text mode (bottom of the editor window or menu Document > Edit Mode > Text).
If you have a custom file extension (other than .svg) you can add it in Options > Preferences, File Types. Associate your custom file extension (without the dot) with the "XML Editor" and it will have the same support as the .svg file extension.
