Show XSLT documentation on content completion

Hi,

I just learned about the existence of xslt documentation (by elements in the namespace "http://www.oxygenxml.com/ns/doc/xsl"). I'm not interested in generating a seperate documentation for my code but it would be great if the description of the variables, functions, templates and parameters would be displayed at content completion - just as it is already done when selecting a standard function.

If all goes well you will have this improvement in Oxygen 20 (April 2018).
