Re: Custom colour schemes
hi all - thanks in advance for any suggestions you have regarding this issue. i'm working on a color scheme, but there are certain characters that 1) aren't following the scheme, and 2) seem to be non-editable. i've attached a screenshot illustrating the problem: http://i.imgur.com/evpbr.png the cha...

Re: Custom colour schemes
hi Greg & others, i'm interesting in applying (and tweaking) this color scheme -- however, short of rekeying the new values, i'm not seeing a way to "import" a color scheme (this being the only one). is there a directory to drop a file like this? or, a config file that can be edited, p...

Re: problems with transformation scenarios
hi Adrian, thanks for your time. The stylesheet is a simple identity transform w/ a new file name on the output: <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="2.0"> <xsl:output method="xml" indent="yes"/> <xsl:template match="/...

Re: problems with transformation scenarios
Hi all - apologies for resurrecting a zombie thread, but since I started this I thought it might be ok. I'm running into an issue when I try to apply an XSL stylesheet (2.0) that uses a result-document with the steps that Adrian outlined in his post. The only scenario where this works is in the debu...

Re: BSD install
Hi Adrian,
Thanks for the suggestion. I had two different java ports installed and deleting one fixed the problem.
Cheers,
Bridger

BSD install
hi all, I'm trying to install to PCBSD (FreeBSD-base w/ prebuilt desktop environment). I've downloaded the oxygen-32bit.sh, chmodded the file: chmod +x oxygen-32bit.sh , but after the installer reaches the "Select Destination Directory" I run into the following problem. If I run as a norma...

problems with transformation scenarios
Hi all - I've been struggling with applying a transformation scenario - after searching this forum & attempting some of the suggestions I'm still having difficulties. I have a directory of XML and an XSLT in a second directory: /Users/me/file/path/XML/*.xml /Users/me/file/path/XSL/myStyleSheet.x...

Re: debugging multiple stylesheets
Adrian - thanks very much for the reply. Your assessment is correct: I'm processing a single XML with cascading XSLT - my apologies for the poor communication. Having the option to follow cascading stylesheets in the XSLT debugger would be very helpful - I'm delighted to hear that you're considering...

debugging multiple stylesheets
Hello all - I hope this question hasn't been covered already - multiple searches suggest that it hasn't, but I could easily be wrong. I would like to use oxygen's XSLT debugger to work with multiple stylesheets applied to a single XML document. Is this possible? I understand that multiple stylesheet...

XSLT Debugger "Save All" issue
Hi. I'm having a curious issue with the XSLT Debugger: after making minor adjustments or changes in the XSLT and running the transformation, I keep getting a Save All dialogue box. The bug is that this was not happening yesterday. I haven't made any changes to the preferences that I'm aware of. Is t...

Importing text files & empty tags
All - does anyone have a recommendation for importing text files (from tab delimited excel sheets) and avoiding empty tags? I've tried changing the settings under Preferences>Database>Import: "Create empty elements for empty values". Here are some samples: Text file = fileName dateScanned ...

Find/Replace Help. Neophyte OS X user
I am editing letters transcribed into TEI XML with Oxygen. Our grant project recently had to go through the process of renaming all of the image files for these letters, so now we have to change the <pg ref> tags to match. Is there a way to use Find/Replace with a variable? What I'd like to do is th...
