Re: QNames as attribute values in RNC
Hi George,
Any news on this one yet?
I see that the behavior in 9.3 is still the same as in 9.2.
Regards,
Paul

catalog workings
If you do not have internet access or a slow connection, you use the catalog to replace the external pointers to locally available files. But what happens if you have selected a catalog in your preferences, but your internet access is up and fast. I have the impression that still the local files are...

oNDVL not using XPath 2.0 in ISO schematron
Hi, (This is related to the integration of oNVDL in Oxygen.) I have an ISO Schematron file using XPath 2.0 expressions. Validating an instance with this ISO Schematron file from within Oxygen gives the expected results. When integrating this schematron file within a nvdl file <namespace ns="htt...

Is it possible to drop in the latest version of saxon sa, 9.0.0.6?
Or is Oxygen 9.2 tightly coupled with version 9.0.0.4?

Oxygen and Berkeley XML DB performance
I get very strange timings doing a Berkeley XML DB query from within Oxygen 9.2. Using average timings having run the query several times. a) Using Berkeley XML DB 2.4.13 from Oxygen 8.2: 68 seconds b) Using Berkeley XML DB 2.4.13 from the command line: 3 seconds c) Using Berkeley XML DB 2.3.10 from...

Dear, If I have element creator { (attribute scheme {"overheid:A"}, ("a" | "b" | "c" )) | (attribute scheme {"overheid:B"}, ("d" | "e" | "f" )) } Oxygen 9.2 acts as expected. After choosing an attribute value for attribu...

More research done: Using XSLT for Schematron
Dear George, When I run the XSLT transform with SAXONSA outside Oxygen beta with command line param: -sa only I get the same result as within Oxygen external Schematron validation with allow-foreign and SaxonSA preferences -sa and -val the schema aware transformation works. I have however in the gen...

Re: Using XSLT for Schematron
Testing the 9.2 beta version with saxon-sa 9.0.0.4. Different result if: a) running an external validation using a schematron schema with xslt2 binding and <xsl:import-schema ...> and preferences allow foreign elements set to true and use saxon-sa for xslt 2.0 binding. Re: Using XSLT for Schematron
Indeed, the case I'm working on needs Saxon 9 SA.However, there is a need also to allow executing Schematron with xslt2 binding with Saxon 9 SA. Currently we use Saxon 9B. Probably we need to add that also as an option.
Thanks for putting this in.

Re: Using XSLT for Schematron
There seems to be another option, from a mail from David Carlisle. just put the line into your schematron schema and tell the processor to copy foreign (ie non-schematron) elements to the generated xsl, using allow-foreign=true see http://eccnet.eccnet.com/pipermail/schematron-love-in/2007-May/00069...

Re: Using XSLT for Schematron
Of course,
But what needs to be added/changed in the schematron schema so that the xsl-import-schema element is automaticalle generated in the intermediate xslt 2.0 file?

Berkeley DB XML support
I'm running now Berkeley DB XML version version 2.2.13. Integration with Oxygen works flawless.
I'm wondering if I can migrate to version 2.3.10 of Berkeley DB XML without breaking the integration with Oxygen.
Regards,
Paul
