Re: Using a more recent PDF version for PDF production

Hello Chris,

Starting with Oxygen 23.0 (already released), PDFs are now using version 1.5 as a default.
Also it is possible to change this version in Chemistry (using the -pdf-version parameter) as well as in DITA transformations (using the pdf.version parameter).

Hello, I tried and cannot reproduced this problem on my side. Is it possible for you to try using the version 21.1 of Oxygen? (it works with the same license). I also suggest an upgrade to Oxygen 23.0 (release at the end of this month) to take advantage of newest features (you can use a trial licens...

Re: project files param to PATH environment variable

Hello,

Another solution is to add the parameter in the command line:

Code: Select all

dita -f pdf-css-html5 -i custom.ditamap -o .\out\pdf-css-html5 -Dcss.processor.type="antenna-house"

Hello, You can use the PATH environment variable together with the DITA-OT Project file (.xml) following these steps: Update your PATH environment variable and add Antenna House folder (something like "C:\Program Files\Antenna House\AHFormatterV70") Add in your XML file the following deliverable: <d...

Re: PDF: Fails with XSL-FO but succeeds with HTML5&CSS

Hello Carl, The best thing to do in this case is, as Greg said, to open the 'pdf/oxygen_dita_temp/topic.fo' file in Oxygen and validate it. Then you can simply search for the same content in the original DITA Topic and see if something is wrong there. Are you using the default DITA Map PDF - based o...

Re: How to troubleshoot "Unresolved ID reference" error?

Hello, This issue is already fixed in Oxygen 23.0 (which release is really soon). Anyway, you can still generate your outputs even with this warning, it is not problematic for the PDF. The problem was due to the existence of IDs on hidden elements (the <prodname> is set with display: none in the PDF...

Hello, What do you mean by "in a property file"? I don't understand what is your goal here. I assume you want to use the "DITA Map PDF - based on HTML5 & CSS" transformation in Oxygen. If you want to use Antenna House using a variable, you may define a separate variable (for example 'AH_PATH') which...
