Re: Cross references "title" issue + other minor questions

Hi Radu, It's like in your example, except that I never need to press Ctrl-space for suggestions. So after I type #, one of the 2 will happen: - either the editor offers suggestions for what to insert (not including #.) or - the editor autocompletes with the topic ID. I can't predict when it will au...

Re: Cross references "title" issue + other minor questions

Thanks, Radu.

I already have ticked the box "Use "." instead of ID....".

It doesn't work for text mode (sorry, should have said that from the start).

I'm really confused now about how the figure title got inside the figure link, I'll investigate more and let you know.

Best regards,

DITA Maps Manager: Windows can't find the target

Hello, This one has been annoying me since oXygen 20 (now on 21.1). I am finally posting it as it's happening to my colleague as well. In DITA Maps Manager, after opening a new map, if I try to do anything like Edit Properties, Append Child, etc, I will get a window saying "Windows can't find the ta...

Cross references "title" issue + other minor questions

Hello, I am using oXygen Editor 21.1 and have some questions/feature requests. Q1. When inserting a cross reference to a figure from Author mode, the editor "helpfully" inserts the figure caption between the <xref> and </xref>. There are 2 issues with this: If the caption changes, the cross referenc...

Re: Opening large DocBook files in Oxygen takes a long time

Hi Radu, I am talking about opening a map in the main editing area - is there an option to choose to always open maps in text mode instead of author mode? If not, it would be useful to have one, either per project or global. I rarely look at maps in Author mode, especially for maps that take long to...

Re: Opening large DocBook files in Oxygen takes a long time

+ 1

I got to this thread by searching something like "oxygen xml taking too long to load bookmap".

I have a similar issue with DITA bookmaps where there are several other (levels of) maps included and lots of references to solve.

Thank you

Re: Is there a plugin to show profiling attributes?

Hi Radu, I would be interested in the CSS approach for Webhelp Responsive, if that is possible. Our PDFs are generated with XSL-FO (using the Apache FOP). I am not that good with xsl, but I was wondering if it would be possible to: have a pre-processing stage where each audience/product/otherprops/p...

Is there a plugin to show profiling attributes?

Hi, I am interested in a plugin for publishing to PDF that would show the profiling attributes. That would be very useful when sending PDFs for review. Is there such a plugin, or is there a plan to create such a plugin? I am currently using flagging, but it requires extra work for creating the ditav...

Re: Bibliography.dita example / bibliolist result

Hi David, I created a very simple bibliography file as a concept topic with an ordered list and defined a key to point to this file: <keydef keys="bibliography" href="... /> Each list item has an id, and in the topics I need a cross reference to bibliography I use "see [<xref keyref="bibliography/id...

Transformation scenario with multiple ditavals

Hello, For our Release Notes we need to to specify 2 ditavals for publishing. This works fine when publishing from the command line, but I can't see a way to specify more than 1 ditaval when creating a profiling set by importing a ditaval, nor when configuring a transformation scenario in oXygen Edi...
