Hi Sorin,
Yes, I am using the SDL Authoring Bridge to Oxygen.
So that is probably what is causing this behaviour?
Thanks,
Ann

Re: Why can't I see ditamap in Both Maps Manager View and Editor View?
Hi Sorin, Yes, both those options are available to me but when the map opens in editor it disappears from the tree view in maps manager, and when it opens in maps manager the file disappears from the editor. This is only happening for some maps and I don't understand why it is happening. Is this a k...

Why can't I see ditamap in Both Maps Manager View and Editor View?
Hi,
I have opened a Ditamap (not part of an Oxygen project) that has 4 child topics. I only seem to be able to view the map either in the DITA Maps Manager view OR the Oxygen Editor View.
Is this as expected or can I change settings to view it in both?
thanks in advance,
Ann

Schema Configuration Options
Hi, I am trying to better understand the intended use of the 2 options available in Oxygen XML Editor to configure the related schema/DTD i.e. 1. Options -> Preferences -> DITA and 2. Options -> Preferences -> Document Type Association . While playing around with them I see that I can configure DTD ...

Images missing after DITA to MS Word transform
Hi,
Is there a configuration step to ensure that images included in DITA topics are included in the output after using the DITA Map MS Word plugin?
They are not appearing in my output.
Thanks in advance,
Ann

Thank you for your reply. One other element of my query that I forgot to ask is if Content Fusion supports/applies Schematron rules in any way?

Hi, I just saw the following entry on https://www.oxygenxml.com/build_history_21_0.html Build Notes. Bundled Add-ons: Updated the bundled "Oxygen Content Fusion Connector" to 1.0.6 which is now compatible with SDL Tridion Docs (tested with version 13 SP2). Can you give me a quick overview of what fe...

Schematron quick fix to set parent element
Hi, I know this is not a Schematron forum but I see others successfully posting on the language so thought I would try..... I have a Schematron rule that checks the parent of a DITA element (shortdesc) and alerts if it is not the expected parent (abstract). I would like to add a quick fix to set the...

Transform from CL versus from Transformation Scenario
Hi, I am running a transform using a custom DITA-OT based on DITA-OT 3.4.1, using the com.oxygenxml.dita.metrics.report plugin and my DITA uses a custom DTD. I added path to custom DTDs into \plugins\org.dita.base\catalog-dita.xml. My transforms works fine when using an Oxygen transformation scenari...

Content Completion property of a DITA file
Hi,
When I view the properties window for one of my Ditamap files I see a value for the Content Completion property but I cannot figure out how value is being resolved.
Can someone advise?
Thanks in advance,
Ann

Re: Steps to work with SDL Tridion Docs Connector to Oxygen
Hi Radu, So yes, those 2 new frameworks do exist, visible via Document Type Association menu option. Both are extensions of original DITA frameworks. I don't have a custom DITA-OT plugin for publishing but can probably source that from a colleague. I notice that the framework folders do not contain ...

Visualizing the evolution of metrics
Hi, I have been trying to use the evolution/generateDITATables.xsl stylesheet from https://github.com/oxygenxml/dita-ot-metrics using the sample XML files provided. Hi, I have gotten myself into a bit of a muddle. I have a DITA project that I transform to WebHelp with navigation arrows. Hi Radu, Thanks for that. if I don't use a phrase search, it appears to only search the text within the topic. I don't understand how the use of <indexterm> element is used by search at all. Keyword versus indexterm
Hi,
I have been including <indexterm> elements within the prolog element for each of my topics.
I had assumed that these would be used by Oxygen WebHelp search but am realising that is not the case now.
Should I be putting both <indexterm> and <keyword> elements in my <prolog>?
Regards,
Ann

Restricting feedback from DITA Map Completeness Check
Hi, I am reusing maps throughout my DITA project as the functionality across 4 of our products is similar enough to warrant it. However, in some cases a task topic within a reused Map is not relevant for all products and so I use Profiling on the topic to include it only for the relevant products. T...

Hi, I came across this site https://www.homezada.com/home-maintenance/library and love how parts of the content (images) can be filtered on/off using checkboxes and, what I assume, is metatagging in the background. Make files available in transformation out folder
Hi,
I know I have done this before but cannot remember how. I have added a folder of files that I want to have included in my transformation out folder but they are not DITA files. How do I make a group of other files copied over to my transformation out folder?
Any advice appreciated,
Regards,
Ann
