Re: Formatting for Index

Hello,

To find the CSS rules applied for an element in the WebHelp Responsive output you could use CSS inspector from any modern browser.
More information can be found in our user-manual: Using CSS Inspector to Identify Content for Custom CSS File.

Re: Character-based icons not rendering in WebHelp Responsive

Hi, Could you please specify what oXgen XML version does the end-user run? To further debug this issue, I think you should try the following: - use a clean installation of oXygen XML with the default DITA-OT ; - run default DITA Map WebHelp Responsive scenario on our sample flowsers.ditamap; - uploa...

Hi, How the content shown in Author mode may by different than the way it is actually rendered in the output. Re: Webhelp Responsive Fragments - Access Transformation scenario parameters

Hi, You can achieve this by using the param macro. The XHTML fragment may be something like this: <script type="text/javascript" xmlns:whc="http://www.oxygenxml.com/webhelp/components"> var language = '<whc:macro value="${param(default.language)}"/>'; console.log("The default language is:", language...

Re: changing the width of embedded video doesn't work

Hello, Indeed, there was a bug in version 20.0 of oXygen XML , so the height and weight attributes for videos are not taken into consideration when the WebHelp Responsive output is generated (as the videos are responsive). However, this issue was resolved in version 20.1 , so if you download the lat...

Re: direct url to webhelp doc

Hi,

For the WebHelp Classic output, there is a ''Link to this page" action, with an icon in the upper right corner next to 'Print'.
This way you can have the link to the currently selected topic from the WebHelp Classic output.

Re: Extension points for JavaScript overrides of Responsive WebHelp?

Hi Jonas,

Unfortunately, the current oXygen XML WebHelp implementation does not offer extension points for JavaScript files.
Also, as SearchCommon.js contains core functionally for the search engine, we do not recommend the modify/customize this file.
