Re: File not found error in web help (command line)

Hi jlowther, From the errors you receive, you might be using the DITA-OT that came bundled with an oXygen XML Editor or XML Author installation, or a DITA-OT that might have been tinkered with. However, the suggestion is to download a fresh clean copy of the DITA-OT 2.5.2 from the official download ...

Re: Keywords not visible in output (PDF/WebHelp) when using sub-ditamaps

Hi B-E-N,

I double checked this behavior with my team and it seems that indeed, setting the "Root map" option to be the main ditamap. Is only used for displaying the keywords in Oxygen, without having any influence over the generated output.

Re: Keywords not visible in output (PDF/WebHelp) when using sub-ditamaps

Sorry, I now noticed that in my previous post I omitted to include the link for my 2nd advice: Another possible cause could be the one described HERE . So, if you have submaps, or other resources that are outside the folder of the main DITA Map, you should either make sure to bring all resources tog...

Re: Keywords not visible in output (PDF/WebHelp) when using sub-ditamaps

Hello, First thing you should try is validate the DITA Map you are trying to publish (if I correctly understood this is actually one of the submaps). So, you should apply the Validate and Check for Completeness action on the DITA Map you are transforming and if the validation reports errors, please ...

Re: Write API Guide using DITA

Hi catherine, I wonder how to write colorful codes in the codeblock For styling purposes, you can use the "outputclass" attribute on the <codeblock/> element. As the @outputclass attrobute specifies the role of an element in the output, you should choose the correct value for it. For <code...

Hi, Catherine! The webhelp header didn't display at all. The webhelp page dispaly the file path of my XHTML file. Usually, this occurs if the XHTML file referred is not well-formed. Hi mdslup, Please note that the <mapref> element acts only as a container for the content coming from other DITA Map, merging the hierarchy of the referred DITA Map to the one from the container map. This is explained better HERE in the DITA specification. As it is considered only a container by the...

Hello,

In order to help us investigate and find a solution, could you please send us some sample files (a minimal DITA Map containing the topic(s) you need to style in the PDF output) and the CSS you are using?
You should zip the files and send the archive to support@oxygenxml.com

Re: webhelp.skin.css in build.xml

Hi Nick, - In this case, the simplest way to pass a property to the command line is to use the following syntax: -D<property-name>=<value> I.e, to use a cutom skin, you should use something like: -Dwebhelp.skin.css=D:\path\to\my\skin.css - As an alternative, you could create and use a custom Ant Bui...
