Re: text alignment

Hi, You should: - check if you have a dir="rtl" attribute on the root of your XML file and change its value to dir="ltr" . - check what option do you have selected in the oXygen menu Options > Preferences > Editor > Open, under the "Support for Special Characters" section. You could either let oXyge...

Re: Picture titles formatting with CSS

Hello,

Have you followed Dan's instructions?

So you need to match the figcaption element, with the class figcap:

Code: Select all

.figcap {
font-style : italic ;
font-size : 1em ;
}
If you use specifically this rule in your customization CSS, it is not possible to receive that error message.

Re: Template selecting and oxygen.css

Hello,

You should send the full transformation log to support and we will analyze it.
However, you should also try publishing with a fresh installation of oXygen (deployed in a separate folder) and with the default DITA-OT that comes bundled with oXygen and see if it works.

Hi,

We've tested this and I confirm this is a bug, which I have just logged in our internal issues-tracking-system to be analyzed by the development team to be fixed in a future version of oXygen.
We will notify this thread as soon as a fix has been implemented.

Indeed, the instructions from the User-Guide apply only for the DITA Map PDF based on CSS only. If you are using the DITA Map PDF - based on HTML5 and CSS, you should try something like: *[class~="index/entry"] { text-align: justify; } *[class~="index/entry"] *[class~="index/formatted-value"]{ displ...

Re: Mathml in CSS based PDF output

As a workaround, you could wrap your MathML equations in <equation-block/> or <equation-inline/> elements. Then write a rule in your customization CSS that matches those equations and use the "Courier New" font, add padding, margins, borders or any other styling you want. For example: *[class~="eqn-...

Re: deep numbering and chapter wise numbering are getting affected simultaneously

Yes, because there is another counter-reset in the default CSS for deep numbering, which is actually overwritten by the "counter-reset" property you use in your custom CSS. That's why I advised you to take a look at the default css used for deep numbering , in order to identify if there are any othe...

Hi bloodnok, This is a known issue caused by the Java 11 which oXygen comes bundled with. However, it is a warning, not an error so, as it shouldn't affect the output, you should just ignore it. In the future releases, we will try to have Java 8 bundled in the oXygen installation kits instead, to av...

Hi, Note that starting with version 21, there is a dedicated parameter that you could use to use only the deep numbering style, or only shallow numbering. Hi,

Maybe you could use "Segoe UI Symbol" as an alternative?
From what we tested, the Segoe UI Symbol font does have bold font weight, so it should work just fine.

Hello,

Well, the content of your footer seems to be only the page number.
Do you need some extra space between the black border and the page number?
Then just use:

Code: Select all

@page{
@bottom-right{
content:"\A" counter(page);
font-size: 10pt;
border-top: 1px solid black;
}
}[code]
