How to change xml encoding to iso-8859-1 using xslt
I would like to be able to change the xml encoding value of the output of my style sheet from "UTF-8" to "iso-8859-1". I have tried changing the header of the xsl sheet and the source xml sheet but all output seems to be in UTF-8 format. I need to be able to accept multiple encod...
