Responsive WebHelp top menu double-click issue
I have an issue in which a topic with children does not display the parent topic from the menu unless it is double-clicked. The children appear as expected when hovering over the parent. All other topics with no children appear when single clicked.
Any help on troubleshooting this is appreciated!

Re: Failure publishing from Data Source Explorer
Thanks for the reply, Alin. The SharePoint Browser did not work. It presented the same issues as trying to use the Data Source Explorer. However! - your idea of mapping the SP repository with a network drive works great! It's another step in setting up our process, but once it's mapped it stays mapp...

Failure publishing from Data Source Explorer
I have content in SharePoint repository and am trying to publish to WebHelp directly. I can export all content and publish successfully, but the need is to only open a ditamap from the Data Source Explorer to publish. I open the ditamap directly within Data Source Explorer into DITA Maps Manager or ...

Re: Richer formatting within Short Description
hi Bogdan Good info - thanks! I had already tried adding an xref to the shortdesc. <shortdesc> <xref href="#concept_vsh_1fm_kcb/div_gyg_4gm_kcb" format="dita">How do I change my password?</xref> </shortdesc> Somewhere during the transformation, the xref is stripped out. <div clas...

Richer formatting within Short Description
I am in need of creating a section within the home page (index.html) of the webhelp transformation to house top FAQs. I was envisioning something like a large tile that works similar to the Side TOC nav tile. So, if I create a new top-level topic (Top FAQs) is there a way to create a richer formatti...

wh_not_expandable
I am trying to understand at what point and for what reason are specific elements tagged with a class of "wh_not_expandable". We are passing data-product data for filtering content and I need to collapse specific paragraphs, but they have been given that class during the transformation. An...

Re: outputclass drop list
It appears that I needed to restart oXygen instead of refreshing the edited page.

outputclass drop list
Sorry if this has been answered previously - I could not find an answer. I am simply needing to know if it is possible to create a drop list for the outputclass attribute (or any attribute for that matter). I would like to simplify the effort of the author by providing a list instead of remembering ...

Post-transformation popup message
I have created a scenario in 18.1 using the Responsive platform. This scenario includes js code to implement start and end dates for a screen feature to be displayed. The issue is: once the transform is complete it requires some other action by the user. Is there a way to show a custom popup message...

O18.1, LegacyPDF and fonts
I am looking for a method to modify fonts within legacyPDF transformations that doesn't require modifying any files within the frameworks subfolders. I currently have the args.xsl.pdf pointed to a customized dita2fo-shell.xsl file. That successfully modifies all sections of the resulting PDF doc, bu...

Re: Issue including webhelp.head.script
The webhelp.head.script parameter points to: D:\oXygen Files\fragments\WebHelp_Classic_hdr.xml The contents of the xml file contains only the Google Analytics script: <script> (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){ (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*n...

As a side thought of this older thread... is there a way in 18.1 to open it in the content pane instead of a new window?

Re: Issue including webhelp.head.script
Hi Alin, Thanks for responding. I've done some reconfiguring of the transform and for now removed the reference to the footer file. The content within the webhelp.head.script has not changed. But now the build is failing with a new message: D:\Program Files (x86)\Oxygen XML Editor 18\frameworks\dita...

Issue including webhelp.head.script
I am attempting to place javascript within the head element, and following the procedure in Adding Custom HTML Content in WebHelp Classic Output (https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/18.1/ug-editor/topics/wh-add-custom-html-classic-x-publishing2.html). When I run the WebHelp classic transform with...

Issue: IndexerTask cannot be found
I have a centralized DITA-OT location that has worked through several versions of oXygen. Until now with 18.1. When transforming I get the following error: BUILD FAILED D:\DITA-OT\DITA-OT-WKFS\build.xml:53: The following error occurred while executing this line: D:\DITA-OT\DITA-OT-WKFS\plugins\com.o...

Adding buttons to webhelp classic header
I am need of adding a button next to the oldframes and printlink button (top right in the framesLink div).
I understand that images can be utilized as Base64 in the CSS skin, and I have created a class in webhelp_topic.css.
Can anyone provide some pointers on the files involved in working with these?

Non-filtering and passing attribute values

The first part is easy enough; just by not applying a profile during transformation. But is there any way to retain (pass through) ...
