Finalizing Your Review

How reviewers can notify task owners that they are finished reviewing the task.

As a reviewer, use Finalize my review when you have finished reviewing all files in a task and want to notify the task owners. This action changes your individual reviewer status to Finalized. It is available in the review task header if your review is not already finalized.

When you click Finalize my review, Oxygen Content Fusion adds a predefined message to the task to indicate that you completed your review. You can also add an optional message with more details.

Notes:

Finalizing your review is a reviewer status action. It does not change the task status.
You can see tasks that you finalized in the My Review Tasks page. When tasks that are assigned to you are visible, you can click Show finalized, if not enabled, to include your finalized tasks in the list. Click the same control again to hide them.
If you make more changes in the task after finalizing, your reviewer status changes back to In progress. The task owner can also reset individual reviewer statuses by starting a new review cycle. In those cases, use Finalize my review again after you finish the new review cycle.
