Set the first page

Hi,

I would like to set the first page of a publication:
logo background text from map/title

All these parameters must be displayed in a selectable color, for example if the color is blue while the icon should be light blue and the background should be blue, title must be dark blue ...

What attribute map or title can I use or have you another solution
