Sharing Tasks with Other Reviewers

Important: Before using this procedure, check with your system administrator to make sure that sharing the task URL does not introduce a security concern for your organization.
As the Reviewer, to share your created tasks with other Reviewers, follow these steps:
  1. Use the link that was sent by the Content Author to open the Oxygen Content Fusion interface in your default browser.
  2. Copy the URL in the browser.
  3. Open your email or whatever electronic messaging system your organization uses, paste the copied URL, and send it to the other Reviewers that you want to look at the documents.
