Communicating with the Author and Other ReviewersEdit online
As the Reviewer, to communicate with the Content Author or other
Reviewers directly in the Oxygen Content Fusion interface, follow these steps:
- You can add messages from the Task Details page, or from the left panel in the Oxygen XML Web Author visual editor where you proofread and make changes to the files attached to the task.
- Click the Add Message button and enter a message you want the Content Author and other Reviewers to see.
- When finished entering your message, click Add. All messages are attached to the task and can be seen in the Task Details page and in the left panel when viewing or editing any of the files.
