Quick Start Guide: Reviewer

This Quick Start Guide is meant to help the Reviewer get started using Oxygen Content Fusion as quickly as possible.

  1. Use the link that was sent by the Content Author to open the Oxygen Content Fusion interface in your default browser. Login, or if this is your first time using it, click on SIGN UP and follow the instructions.
  2. Click on the file name to open it in a visual editor where you can proofread, add comments, and make changes to the document. By default, your changes and comments are always tracked so that others can see what you have done.
  3. If you want other Reviewers to look at the documents, you can Share the task with others. You can also communicate with the Content Author and other Reviewers through messages directly in the Oxygen Content Fusion interface.
  4. Once the review process is completed, use the Finalize Review button or add a message to let the Content Author know the task review is finished.
