Image Rendering Issues
Problem
I encounter image rendering issues in Oxygen XML Web Author.
Cause
This happens when your documents contain images that are in uncommon formats.
Solution
If you encounter such issues, you can try downloading a plugin hosted on GitHub called web-author-imageio-plugin, and then upload it in Oxygen XML Web Author.
This plugin adds image rendering capabilities for formats such as:
cur, db, dcx, ham,
ham8, hdr, ico,
iff, ilbm, lbm,
pam, pbm, pct,
pcx, pdf, pfm, pgm,
pic, ppm, psd,
rgbe, rle, sgi,
tga, tif, tiff,
tpic, wmf, xyze.
CGM image formats are also supported through a plugin hosted on GitHub: oxygenxml.cgm.support.
