Limitations of the BiDi Support

Oxygen XML Web Author supports the editing of bidirectional (BiDi) documents with the following limitations:

• Ligatures are broken when:
  • A part of a word is surrounded by an element. It works correctly in Chrome when the Tags Display Mode is No Tags.
• A tag may point to an incorrect direction when rendering elements that contain both RTL (Right to Left) and LTR (Left to Right) content.
