Paragraphs (and other block elements) within list items

Avoid using block elements within list items. Only when a list item is comprised of more than one idea or point should child block elements be used.

If there is just one block of text in the list item, then that item should be left as plain text (string data). This stores the minimum of mark-up, and simplifies the processed output. If there are multiple blocks in the list item, then paragraphs (or other block items) should be used. String data text should not be used in the same list item alongside block elements.
