Yes, the source of the problem was that I was using a customized
framework and had omitted the resources/xhtml2db5.xsl from my
framework and from my classpath in the framework. Once I added that
back, it works fine.

It's a very nice feature and I like that I can tweak the xsl if
necessary to handle garbage we might notice we're getting from html
pages.
