Configuring OpenAI™ Connection
The semantic search functionality requires that you configure Oxygen Feedback Cloud to connect to OpenAI™ on your behalf.
In the Organization Profile page, you must configure an API key obtained from OpenAI™ to allow Oxygen Feedback Cloud to connect to their API.
Note:
Make sure that the key is specifically generated to be used only
in Oxygen Feedback Cloud.
Additionally, you can specify an optional OpenAI™ organization that will be used to track usage.
Generating an OpenAI™ API Key
You can generate a new secret API Key in the API keys page from your OpenAI™ user account.
OpenAI™ Models
After configuring the connection, the list of available AI models is based upon those available for the particular API key. Also, only models that are compatible with the Chat Completions API are available.
