Platform Administrator
The Feedback Platform Administrator (or Platform Admin)
is the person who is responsible for deploying and configuring the Oxygen Feedback Enterprise server
and managing the Feedback account for the organization. The Platform Admin has
access to an

the Platform Admin has access to the Sites page that
displays all the existing site configurations for the organization and the
License page that shows information about the current subscription plan
