[oXygen-user] Internal links within conref'd content

Hi Peter,

Such a link would need to look like:

> <xref href="#./rowID"/>
In the Oxygen Preferences->"DITA / Topics" page you can check the "Use . 
instead of the ID of the parent topic" checkbox to always insert links 
this way.
