[oXygen-user] Pointing oxygen to xep

Hi. I downloaded a trial version of RenderX XEP and installed it in the
default location (C:\Program Files). I went into oxygen and set it up as
an FO processor, using the "If you have xep installed you can add it
directly" browse button. But when I build, I get this:
 
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/idiominc/ws/opentopic/fo/xep/Runner

[java] Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
com.idiominc.ws.opentopic.fo.xep.Runner

Are there additional steps I need to do to get these two to play nicely?
I am running version 9.3.0 of oxygen.
