[oXygen-user] Major issue with this app and multi stand-alone windows

I have been struggling with this for years.

When you drag any document into a new window, dialogs and menu options are
no longer available.  For example, if I drag an Xml document from the main
Oxygen window into a new standalone window and then try to use the menu
option: DOCUMENT | SCHEMA | GENERATE/CONVERT SCHEMA; is not available.

Also, things like the Outline view, the Quick Search, Transformation
Scenarios, etc.. all of a sudden are not available for any document that is
hosted in a standalone window.

It becomes very difficult (to impossible) to use the app when you spread
windows across your desktops.

Is this a known issue and can this be fixed?  I'm a Windows user.
