[oXygen-user] Separate colour for external parsed entity 'tags' in 'Author' mode?

Attached.

The 'tags' for a comment at the start of an external parsed entity are 
picking up the styles for the 'tags' for the external parsed entity, but 
other comments remain with black-on-grey 'tags'.
