[oXygen-user] xliff support

Hi Felix,

In the meantime I added some incomplete CSS selectors to support also 
XLiff 2.0 rendering, see attached CSS.
Bryan Schnabel who is the chair of the XLiff TC will also try to find 
some time to test what the framework does so far and give us feedback on it.
