[oXygen-user] vmoptions reset after oom-exception

Hi,
I've added your vote for a .vmoptions file stored in the user profile.
While you can't specify a different .vmoptions file (it must have the
same name as the launcher), you can duplicate both the launcher file
('oxygen15.2') and the .vmoptions file ('oxygen15.2.vmoptions'), rename
them similarly and then modify the duplicate .vmoptions file. This way
you have another Oxygen launcher with a different set of VM options.
Note that if Oxygen is already running and you try to start the other
launcher, it won't have any effect. You'll first have to quit the
running session of Oxygen.
Regards,
Adrian
