[oXygen-user] vmoptions reset after oom-exception

Can I put in a vote for a vmoptions file being stored in, by default, my
HOME directory, or a user defined directory?

Also (and if this is already an option, forgive me), I'd love to be able to
specify which vmoptions file to use at startup. Sometimes I need a whole
bunch of heap, sometimes I don't, and I'd be happy to have 2 shell scripts,
one for each scenario.
