[oXygen-user] Insert <image> workflow

Hi Matt,

Most of the suggestions below work in the Author page, here are some 
approaches for (2), there may be more:

a) After the image gets inserted, press ALT-ENTER to show the in-place 
attributes editor. Type "href" and for the value use the chooser button 
to browse for it.

b) Instead of using the Elements view, press ENTER in the content where 
you want to insert the image and choose the "image wizard" entry. It 
will invoke the same Image action from the toolbar. You can also add the 
"image wizard" to the Elements view, I can give you more details if you 
are interested in this.

c) Drag and drop or copy paste the image from the Project or from a 
Windows Explorer/Finder in the Author page to create a DITA <image> 
which links to it.

d) Actually the Attributes view has a small arrow button called 
Expand/Collapse which is at the right of the combo box which shows the 
current element. Just use it to have the possibility to choose the value 
using a chooser.
