[oXygen-user] Focus is not changes when I open already opened file

Hello,

This behavior hasn't changed, it should work the same way in 11.2. I've 
tested this on the last build and it seems to work fine, the already 
opened editor is selected and it receives the focus.

What platform are you running Oxygen on(Windows, Linux, Mac)?
What build number of Oxygen are you using(Help -> About)?
