[oXygen-user] Showing Section Spectitles

I added this entry to my local copy of topic.css in order to display the
spectitle= value for sections that specify it:

*[class~="topic/section"][spectitle]:before {
    display: block;
    font-weight: bold;
    margin-top: 6pt;
    margin-bottom: 2pt;
    content: attr("spectitle");
}
