[oXygen-user] Intellisense support xsl:use-attribute-sets

We implemented support for showing xsl:* attributes on literal result 
elements. This will be available in oXygen 10.3.

For XSLT 1.0 oXygen will present

   xsl:extension-element-prefixes
   xsl:exclude-result-prefixes
   xsl:use-attribute-sets
   xsl:version

and for XSLT 2.0 in addition to the above oXygen will also show

   xsl:default-collation
   xsl:xpath-default-namespace
   xsl:inherit-namespaces
   xsl:use-when
   xsl:type
   xsl:validation
