[oXygen-user] Automatic Update to Catalog List?

I have development projects that use catalogs to map unresolvable URLs for
XSLT components to local locations. I of course add those catalogs manually.

It occurs to me that it would be useful for other developers on these
projects if I could automate the addition of the catalogs to Oxygen (e.g.,
via an  Ant task).

Is there an easy way to do this?
