[oXygen-user] Feature request: Extend the project functionality!

The project specific settings are highlighted in the Preferences dialog 
by displaying the name of the settings group with a bold font in the 
left hand tree of this dialog. This is especially useful when you load a 
project created by other person and you want to see quickly the project 
level settings.
