[oXygen-user] Directory comparison

I am using 'compare directories' and have set the preference to "Compare 
files by: content".

I have set the file comparison algorith to "XML Accurate" but this seems to 
apply only to the file comparison itself and not to whether or not the 
files are listed as different in the directory comparison window.

Is there a way to apply the selected file comparison algorithm to determine 
if the files show as different in the compare directories window? I know it 
will take some time if you choose one of the more expensive algorithms and 
there are a lot of files but I would find this very useful.
