[oXygen-user] Setting up catalog files for W3C XML Schemas

Hello,

There is a problem with your catalog: the rewriteURI tag content will
not be used in parsing XML documents. A rewriteURI tag is used only for
XSL transformer related operations. The catalog resolver will try to
resolve a location specified in schemaLocation attribute only with the
content of a rewriteSystem tag.

Best regards,
Sorin
