[oXygen-user] Upgrading to version 4

Hi Peter,

All clients with a valid maintenance pack and even those without maintenance
pack but that bought the product within a month before the release got an
automatic upgrade to version 4.
AFAIK you have a maintenance pack so you should have already the license for
version 4, I will follow up off list with more details.
