[oXygen-sdk] Enabling "Find Unreferenced Resources" menu item

Hi

I have an integration with oXygen which uses a custom URLHandler.
We noticed that in oXygen 17 the new menu item for DITA Maps “Find Unreferenced Resources” is always disabled.
It looks like it only works when opening DITA files which are stored on the file system. Is this expected behavior?
