Oxygen XML Forum

Hello,
I'm new to oxygen and wondering if there is an easy way to create an input form so that staff aren't forced to edit the xml documents directly. It appears as though I don't have oxygen Author in my version which seemed the logical tool. Is there another way?

An XML document can be edited as a form, that is in a WYSIWYG like way (only the text content and the images are visible, without the XML tags) in the Author mode. Starting with Oxygen version 9.2 there is a separate product Oxygen XML Author for editing XML documents in tagless mode.

Also there is a launcher for the Author application created by the Oxygen XML Editor installer in the Oxygen program group. For example on Windows you can find it on Start menu -> Programs -> Oxygen XML Editor -> Oxygen XML Author. It starts the same Author application as in the separate product because the Editor product includes the whole Author product.

got it. So with my version 8.2 I'm out of luck as far as Author mode goes...
