Oxygen XML Forum

- On Mac OSX 10.4 with JDK5 (default Mac OSX JDK).
- Oxygen 9.0 installed as /Applications/oxygen-9.0/

Opening an XML file from the another directory, simple XML content (no DTD, no Schema, No namespaces).

When the Successful XPath expression finds 1 or more nodes, double clicking the node produces the following error...


"Cannot open the specified file : /Applications/oxygen-9.0"

The results window shows, in table view (for example)..

Descrription - 1 item Resource System ID
/project[1]/parent[1] - oxygen-9.0 file:///Applications/oxygen-9.0/

It is as if Oxygen does not know the System ID of the XML file open.

This occurs for all XML files which I have opened, all XML files exist on the local hard drive and show in the editor window as normal.
I don't have a previous version to compare to.

Any suggestions will be great!

This was a bug in the previous build of oXygen 9.0 but we corrected it in the current build available on the Download page with the build number 2007120415. Please download again the oXygen 9.0 install kit from the Download page where the build that fixes the problem is available now.
