When I validate an Ant build.xml in Editor version 16.0 with CTRL-SHIFT-v, the following (file paths stripped) error occurs:
System ID: build.xml
Main validation file: build.xml
Engine name: ANT Validator
Severity: error
Description: "lib/external/ant/oxygen-ant-core.jar" Ant library is missing.
However, this file does not appear as missing to me, and it happened on a fresh installation.

Hi,
I can confirm that this is a bug that occurs when the application is started in another working directory than the installation directory. This also happens when it's started by double clicking a file that is associated with Oxygen.
We've already analyzed and fixed this issue in the current development stream. The bugfix will be available in the next maintenance build of v16.0 (next week). We will notify this thread.
Meanwhile, a simple way to work around this problem is to quit the application and restart it from the desktop shortcut, or the launchers found in the installation folder.
Regards,
Adrian
