I saw that you can do with oXygen forms, you have an example?

Do you mean form controls for editing XML documents in Author mode? Please look at the
video demo about that. There are examples in the directory
[Oxygen-install-dir]/samples/form-controls.

Open XML with IE, or Chrome ?
I just use with oXygen ?

You open an XML file in Oxygen Author mode and the XML file has a CSS associated that declares some Oxygen form controls. Did you look at the
video demo? Did you open in Oxygen the XML files from directory
[Oxygen-install-dir]/samples/form-controls?
