[oXygen-user] Something missing in FOP

Hi,

Fom the use of "foreignphrase" and "emphasis" I'm guessing you're using 
DocBook. So this is a DocBook XSL issue. You could try the DocBook 
mailing list (a mail discussion list similar to our own):
