[oXygen-user] Something missing in FOP

Hi,

I miss in the FOP produced PDF some index features which I meticulously
added to the xml, but which are not respected in pdf:

 1. foreignphrase and emphasis are not respected in the index, there
    isnot any term in italics
 2. all the terms where significance has been set to "preferred" are not
    shown in bold.

I wonder whether this is the place to wish that the features are
included in FOP or where to ask it.

Please point me to the proper organisation.
