[oXygen-user] Announce: A UBL editing framework for the oXygenXML editor

Hi Ken,

Congratulations. I did not see a mention of the licensing under which 
you distribute the framework. If you want to go open source maybe you 
can develop it as a public GitHub repository...
I'm maintaining a list of public hosted Oxygen plugins and frameworks:
