[oXygen-user] Porting oXygen settings

Thanks! I knew it was somewhere close at hand. (But it never hurts to ask.)

So that means I get to install next, assuming that exported Global
Settings, plus layout files, plus (possibly) vmoptions settings make
for the complete kit. :-)
